Contract Review
This ensures that we fully understand the commitments your vendors have made to you and that there are no cracks or areas left unattended.
We will also review the final Banquet Event Orders. These will detail everything the venue is doing and will be the overall guideline staff will adhere to. It is very important that these are in perfect order and nothing is left out or unsaid.
Venue/Room Design
We work with you and hotel in creating a room layout/diagram of your event and consult on the placement of guest tables, cake table, entertainment etc...
Site Walk-Through and Time Line Meeting
In addition to our initial consultation, we'll get together for a ceremony and reception site walk-through. At this meeting we discuss setup, logistics and go over all details of the wedding day time line.
Vendor Communication
Four to six weeks prior to your special day, we will begin contacting all of your hired vendors. We'll confirm details, arrangements, delivery/setup times and manage contracts. In addition we create and distribute a quick timeline that pertains to your wedding party and details where they need to be on the wedding day and when.
Detailed Wedding Day Time Line
We create a detailed time line of the wedding day and distribute a copy to all of your vendors. We make sure that everyone is on the same page and that nothing has been overlooked. While you enjoy the day with your guests, we'll manage the flow of events and ensure that everything is seamless!
Full Rehearsal
Direction and coordination of wedding rehearsal with family members and bridal party along with a pre rehearsal meeting so that you can walk us thru where all of your personal items are and explain how you want them distributed on the wedding day.
Oversight and Setup of Dècor
From programs and place cards, to guest book and menu cards, we will ensure that everything has been setup according to your specifications.
Venue Communication
We stay in constant communication with the banquet/catering managers thru out the whole evening making sure they are on point and on time with food service and the beverage service
Point of Contact
We are the direct point of contact for all of your vendors so that you (along with your fiancé and family) are free to enjoy your day and take in all of the special moments without worry or stress
Distribution of Vendor Payments and Gratuities
We are happy to distribute all final vendor payments and gratuities on the wedding day.
Gathering of All Personal Belongings and Gifts
We ensure that all of your personal belongings have been collected, packed and are given to the appropriate
person for your safe keeping.
Wedding Day Coordination
